Just a few days into 2012... why not start a blog? This year is promises to bring many new opportunities and excitements; the first being purchasing a home! The husband and I signed all of the loan documents yesterday and FINALLY received the keys from our realtor today. We've been working on this dreadful short sale since September 2011 and are now officially home owners. So exciting! Many more home related posts to come as I hope to use this blog to chronicle the transformation of the (town)house as it stands today into my little dream home.
